This is the first screen that the customer sees when he or she is handed a RaFT (Radio Frequency Terminal). Before being handed a RaFT, the customer's bill-to and ship-to I.D. are identified by a sales representative. All pricing information that appears from this point forward is specific to the customer that is using this particular RaFT. This means that two customers, who are shopping right next to each other and who have scanned the same item, may get completely different pricing information on t heir screens.
