How to "Officially" request a return

Step 1:

Use www.laner.com to order EXACTLY what you intend to return.

Step 2:

Proceed to checkout and fill in all requested information, with the following addition:

On the "Shipping" page of checkout, near the bottom of the page is a "Special Instructions" text box where you should a note something like the following:

     "THIS IS NOT A NEW ORDER!!! I need to RETURN the indicated
     items originally purchased on <reference>. Please issue an RGA
     and email me return shipping instructions."

Note: RGA = Returned Good Authorization

ANOTHER Note: Instead of <reference> in the note above, identify the order number from the original purchase. This can be either a 6 digit "Sales Order" number from your receipt or the order confirmation number from the emails we sent you regarding your original order.

If you are requesting the return because of defective product or items we shipped you in error, then you should ALSO add to the note an explanation of the defect or a statement that you did not receive what you ordered.

Our order processors will:

  1. See the note
  2. Convert the order to a pending return
  3. REMOVE the freight quoted by our website
  4. Email you the RGA number and return shipping instructions
