I live in New Hampshire and Boston, and have many options for buying lighting and electrical products. But I have consistently used Laner on the other side of the country because of the quick response, accurate report of what is in stock, large inventory, and (the few times I have had to use it) responsive customer service.

Thought I had a problem (light stopped working after a few days). Emailed them to let them know and received response the same day. They offered to exchange for no freight, but I was able to troubleshoot based on his advice, and traced the problem to something else. Professionalism I did not expect and do not see very often nowadays. A pleasant surprise.

Excellent service. Internet catalog and order form were easy to use. Only item not in stock was fairly unusual and they had it in just 4 days. Ordered over the weekend--order shipped Monday and received in Idaho on Wednesday. Shipping charge was very reasonable. Thanks!
